PROJECT: 6400 Canoga, Los Angeles, USA This ambitious, iconic, high-end mixed-use tower will be the tallest structure in the San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles. It consists of 650 dwelling units, 26-room boutique hotel, restaurant, state-of-art fitness club, pool deck, and a sky deck- a complete game changer, even in Los Angeles. A completely mechanized multilevel parking garage at the building podium is another innovative feature, allowing the residents and guests to drop off their vehicle on the loading platform and simply enter a luxurious lobby. The iconic presence of this structure is undeniable, with its silhouette defined by an array of meandering brise soleil features.
