This video is made for EVERYONE to enjoy! The target group is mainly autistic people but also people who had an overstimulating day, people with ADHD or kids! This video does NOT contain : intro, eye contact, wet mouth sounds, uncomfortable questions or pressure, touch. Some people could find some of the triggers “childish” but my opinion as a professional is that EVERYONE needs easy and “colourful” things for a good relaxation.. that’s why the objects that I’m choosing are fun and simple!
