The Uttar Pradesh Police on Monday announced a reward for information leading to the arrest of the accused in the Umesh Pal murder case. Seven people have been accused of the brazen murder of Umesh Pal in Prayagraj last week. Prayagraj Commissioner of Police, Ramit Sharma, said 10 police teams have been formed to probe the murder of Umesh Pal, the prime witness in the 2005 BSP MLA Raju Pal murder case. Umesh Pal, the prime witness in the 2005 BSP MLA Raju Pal murder case, was shot dead on February 24 outside his house in Uttar Pradesh’s Prayagraj. The assailant used three vehicles and crude bombs to envelop the area in smoke before firing 14 rounds of bullets.
