Our recent visit to Dundee exceeded all expectations. Little did we realise the depth of history awaiting us as we set out on our journey. Our first stop at the Battle of Blood River site, where the historic events of 16 December 1838 unfolded, left us in awe as we walked through the area and contemplated the past. The following morning, as we explored the town, we were deeply impressed by the commitment to preserving its rich history. The informative markers and well-preserved buildings allowed us to immerse ourselves in the town's storied past. A visit to the Talana Museum was a must, and it proved to be a treasure trove of historical knowledge.
