Then knead the dough for 5 minutes. Grease with oil and wrap it with a cling wrap and leave it for 20 minutes. In a bowl, add thinly sliced onion, salt and red chili flakes. Mix it well and set aside. Divide the dough into 4-6 equal parts. Take one part and roll it out as thin as you can. Apply melted butter and sprinkle onion over the dough. Roll it out into a dice. Wrap it with a cling and rest for 10 minutes. Roll it with light hands and prick it. Place in a baking tray. Apply milk wash. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 180°C. Serve hot with raita and tea or coffee. Preparation Time: 30 minutes Cooking Time: 40 minutes Serving: 4-6
