All Pharisees must be reminded that it is not the plan of our God to convert the gentiles into our religion which is to follow the laws of Moses. God has given the 7 laws of Noah for the gentiles to follow, if any gentiles approach us for guidance we are to encourage the gentiles to follow and study the seven laws of Noah. It is also forbidden to take the Torah and the tanakh literally, rabbinic interpretations are an absolute necessity. in ultra orthodox Judaism, During a Torah class which is being conducted by the Rabbi, it is forbidden for you the Talmid(the student) to go against the opinion of the rabbi leading the Torah class(shiur), you have to agree with the rabbis interpretation and opinion, it is forbidden to disagree. Remember that God speaks through the Rabbanim. You must accept the rabbinic decrees as if it is from God.
