We tested 12 of the most popular nose hair trimmers to see what worked the best. There are 2 distinct blade styles: Linear blades and Rotary blades. We found that the linear blades offered a bit more control and allowed to trim hairs that are stuck against your skin. The rotary blades were a bit easier to use and also better for ear hair. Several of the trimmers included both blade styles. Overall findings: 1) AVOID manually operated trimmers - they look cool but pull hair very badly. 2) Trimmers with rechargeable batteries are much more expensive and NOT worth it. 3) If you have nose hair, you need one of these - there's no other way to solve the problem 4) Some trimmers have both blade types - look for one with a rotary AND linear blade.
