Where do you find them? What are you looking for? The easiest sign that you need to hire someone is when you feel overwhelmed with your workload. Another sign that you need an employee is that you’ve reached your peak as a one-person army. Many people aren’t sure how to find an employee. My favorite way is through my sphere of influence. If you don’t want to mix friends and family into business, you can go through LinkedIn, Indeed, or a professional recruiter. Finally, you need to look at certain characteristics in a person before you hire them. For me, the main four are: personality, experience, core values, and desire.
