Last Saturday I went to Belgium, in the Hoge Venen area. There was supposed to be plenty of snow there, that's what the forecast said. And it was correct! So, I just ended up hiking some 10km in beautiful surroundings shooting some landscape photography. The hike turned out to be a bit harder then expected, at the end I was rather tired. But it was all worth it.
