Jopen Bier is the largest independent craft brewery in The Netherlands and dates back to 1994. The Jopenkerk brewery and the production brewery are based in Haarlem, once an important brewing city with well over hundred breweries in the 14th century. With its impressive interior with stained glass windows, high ceiling and a raised platform where the brewhouse is situated, the brewery church in Haarlem is now a must visit for beerlovers.
