SOUNDBITE (English) Dr. Tania Lam, ICORD and School of Kinesiology, University of British Columbia: "One woman who was in our study, when she came, when she entered our study, she was usually using a wheelchair. And she'd have somebody pushing her around, or she'd be wheeling around herself. But by the time she finished the study, she told us that she was using a walker for the majority of the time, you know, that she was around the house and going out of the house. So that was a really tangible change that we could observe in a particular person." LEADIN STORYLINE It's one of the fastest, toughest and competitive sports.
