有着150多年历史的杨树浦路，曾经为“沪东第一路”，上海工业的发源地， 1895年中日馬關條約簽訂後，外商大舉在華開設工廠，瀕臨黃浦江的楊樹浦路南側一帶，迅速建成了毛條、毛紡、絲織、造船、發電、煤氣、自來水、化工、制皂等40多家大中型工廠，形成中國規模最大最具規模的工業區之一。1908年，这条路上出现了70辆英国有轨电车， 目前马路的北面居民区，正在进行大面积的拆迁改造，如今搬迁已结束，漫步在马路上，除了路南边的工厂依旧在，马路对面的居民区已被封存，到处都是建筑围墙包围着。 不久的将来，杨树浦路将以全新的面貌重新点燃百年的光芒。 With a history of more than 150 years, Yangshupu Road was once the "First Road in East Shanghai", the birthplace of Shanghai's industry.
