This one is probably going to get a copyright mark. My JE510 was beginning to become unreliable when recording, so a new deck was in order. While the PC2 looks small and has a strangely "Sony" form factor, it opens up doors to actually titling tracks correctly without the need for another keyboard. It connects quite happily to Frank the Pentium III using a serial connection and Sony's MD Editor 2 software to allow me to use the PC as a remote control.
