Meet Dana Cole Dana, a native Baltimorean, advises in organizational design, aligning mission and vision to all aspects of a client’s business, from financial structure to strategic human resources. Dana brings solutions to her clients’ most difficult problems, making meaningful, measurable positive impact on their operations and their lives. She also has served as financial leader at Drake, Incorporated EBDI, Inc., Baltimore Community Lending, and Baltimore Office of Promotion & the Arts. She currently serves at Impact Hub Baltimore as Executive Director, leading this 10-year start-up through its next evolution. She has a BA in Economics from University of Maryland Baltimore County and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management. You can find her playing the flute at jam sessions, in the orchestra for local theater productions, or in concert with fellow musicians.
