Diablo | Bloopers and Behind The Scenes

We had so much fun filming this. I like to have a really relaxed set environment, rarely even calling action, and never slating, I roll long takes and we stay in it, which also turns out to be great for all of the little moments of goofy silly blooper comedy and shenanigans! What's your favorite blooper moment? Tackling the story of Diablo as a live action series is one of my biggest dream jobs as a screenwriter, filmmaker, and actor. The Diablo video games were a huge part of my childhood and they have so many great characters and lore elements that I would love to explore properly in a cinematic series. I've actually already started writing that series and it could be soooo good.. but obviously it's not my IP and so that would have to be something for the future because it would be too big and risky to undertake as a fan film project sadly. So alas, I must wait until I have a bigger voice in the industry. Jake (Ogden) and I whipped this up overnight though! And it makes me really excited for that future! He was heading over to get me back some of my film gear from our previous shoot and we decided we wanted to shoot something while he was here. So I wrote this scene the night before, and then with just he and I, we set it up the next day and shot it into the night! Hope you enjoy!
