One of many trips to the Nevada Desert National Wildlife Refuge to explore the roads and trails that make up this massive national park north of Las Vegas. This trip was on a Triumph Scrambler 400 X motorcycle with a stop about 20 minutes from the Las Vegas strip at the Desert National Wildlife Refuge visitor center on Corn Creek Road. From there I rode up Mormon Well Road to Gass Peak Road and on to the Gass Peak Trailhead where you can hike 6.2 miles round trip to one of the highest peaks in the Las Vegas area for amazing 360 views.
