Burnout changed the way I think about discipline. For a long time, I believed discipline meant pushing harder, ignoring exhaustion, and forcing consistency no matter the cost. Burnout taught me that this way of thinking wasn’t sustainable — and that real discipline might actually look quieter, calmer, and more intentional.
