Sniper Elite 4 Convoy Chaos challenge Giovi Fiorni Mansion (glitch)

I'm not fully sure why all the vehicles don't always turn up in the convoy.... On my first try they all arrived with the armoured vehicle, but on subsequent attempts (after failing to destroy the convoy with a flare) only the armoured vehicle arrived.... The only difference was that I killed all the enemies around the tower in the square on my second attempt.... So I suspected that the convoy's arrival was deterred by kill count, but I'm also pretty sure I've killed a lot more enemies and had the convoy arrive in previous playthroughs.... If the convoy doesn't arrive, though, you can always go to where the trucks are parked and destroy it there.
