I spent hours on the phone with ‪@elgato‬ trying to fix the blur on my channel and they were very nice and walked me through all the settings on OBS, but ultimately it seems that the real problem was how it was all being encoded in the first place. I switched to ‪@EcammLive‬ on ‪@joescott‬'s recommendation and I think this channel's problems are solved (for now).
