The aged patient was admitted on having complaints of double vision and headaches of moderate intensity. These complaints troubled the patient for about a month, as the first symptom he noticed was being unable to focus his vision on distant objects. He's been sent to our clinic by the ophtalmologist after the brain MRI, which revealed the sphenoid sinus lesion. Standard sphenoidotomy is performed via the paraseptal approach. Patient was discharged on 7 th day after surgery with clear CT-scan (at the end of the clip) under the supervision of the ophtalmologist. Vision and eye-movement were totally restored after 1 month follow-up.
