Cathedral Valley Loop | Utah's Best Backroad Drive to see Temple of The Sun and Bentonite Hills

Scenic doesn't begin to describe the Cathedral Valley loop, which weaves in and out of the Capitol Reef National Park. It may be the best hidden part of a National Park, best done in a 4x4 or capable offroad vehicle. On this Utah backroad, you'll see Temple of the Sun, Temple of the Moon, Glass Mountain, Gypsum Sinkhole and the stunning layers of the Bentonite Hills. As promised in the video: EASY VEGAN RANCH DRESSING Recipe (you may want to double this...😊) 1 cup of blanched almond flour 1 cup of boiling water Add the above to a high speed blender and let it cool. (COOL!) This softens the almond flour to get it ultra creamy and we all want that. Next add: 5 teaspoons of white vinegar 1 garlic clove 1 teaspoon (or more) salt BLEND. Blend some more. The key phrase being "ultra creamy". As you blend, have some water to thin if needed. Just add a teaspoon or so as you go because it will thin out real quick. Get it to the consistency you want. Thicker is great for baked potatoes or making potato salad or dips. Thinner is perfect for pouring on salads. Add more salt if needed and some fresh pepper if desired. Next - add a couple of big tablespoons of finely chopped italian parsley. You may like other herbs (like dill) but I have made this a hundred times and my personal preference is just italian parsley. SO good. Don't add the herbs while blending or you'll end up with green dressing. Enjoy and let me know in the comments if you made it or customized it!
