When life seems hopeless and you can sense utter negativity, all you need to rejuvenate yourself is good music! Yes, such a strange entity is life, a journey which will take its own route and sometimes you just need to sit back and enjoy the ride. Just remember, "the show must go on". SO... fasten your seat belts as the stone has begun to roll and you just need to "rock and roll" with it. Be sure to not gather moss any time soon! The composition features a strong duet between two complementary instruments played by Amzad on the Sitar and Saptak on the Keyboard. Manali's thick laid-back classical alaap adds the right amount of sophistication to the piece aided by a magnificent accompaniment by Emon on the Shreekhol. Saptak's masterful keyboard solos combine complex key changes and commanding technique. This show is followed by an amazing solo on the Shreekhol and later on the Tabla by Emon. His envious skill on the Tabla is guided by a befitting jazz piano accompaniment by Saptak and a funky bass groove by Anupam. Towards the later half of this festivity Manali returns with her beautiful voice rendering a magnificent alaap in Raga Todi. The sudden gloom reminds us of the greatest truth in our lives. And yet Saptak's exceptional piano solo takes us back to the main theme which is similar to the life cycle starting all over again. Towards the end, Amzad joins in again who with Saptak weaves a perfect ending to an unconventional composition.
