In this video, I go over the steps I take when installing a vinyl transition from tile to LifeProof vinyl plank. The tile is about 3/8 of an inch higher than the LifeProof. The u channel (track) will be to low if you try to set it on the floor. It will need to be built up to assure it will click in when installing it.
