Jet / Performax 18/36 Drum Sander new feed belt tracking issues

Below is the information from Technical Services for Jet. This documents what I tried to get my new feed belt to track properly on my Jet/Performax drum sander. Regardless of what I did, I was unable to get it to track properly. Working with engineering at Jet, they said I need a very specific belt with a spedific cut angle, material thickness, and precision length. I sold the tool and upgraded. The new owner continues to be happy to this day. The belt number is JT9-60-0316-P As it was explained to me at the time I purchased the initial belt that failed, it was attributed to a recent upgrade and not all numbers were addressed in the data flow. I used customer service at 1-800-274-6848 I hope this helps other having this same issue.
