Weekly weigh-in 4. Let's just say I didn't lose this week. Bit of a bummer, but I know exactly what I ate and why I didn't lose. Still feeling great about things. I wanted to talk a little more about the 67 day "weight loss" challenge. I renamed it 67 Intermediate, lol. I'm thinking of it more as a starting board for lifestyle improvement. Create your "diet" guidelines and stick to them for 67 days 2. 5 hours of physical activity per week (split it up) 3. If you slip, practise reflection and accountability, look for solutions 4. Hydrate! Drink water. 5. Measure your progress whichever way you feel comfortable 6. Read at least one book (fiction or non-fiction, audio or traditional) 7. 10 minutes of a mental health focused activity per day (meditation, journaling, deep breathing, etc.) 8.
