Should you go for a townhouse or apartment?💰 ⠀ Both of the options can be a good investment, but it's very important to choose carefully the projects and understand the differences. ⠀ In this video, I covered the main differences in: 🔻Location. You can buy an apartment in a prime location, while a townhouse will be away from the sea. 🔻Size. Townhouse is a bigger unit, but does it really matter? 🔻Rent. Townhouse you can rent mainly to families (more stable). The apartment is more flexible with rent and you can use short term rent as well. 🔻Maintenance. You will need to pay less for townhouse than for apartment as you don't need to pay for elevators, AC in common areas, cleaning of windows, ect... 🔻Exit. Most probably you will sell the townhouse to an end user. End users will pay more than investors, but they a looking only for the best units in the communities. The apartment can be sold to investor or end users (wider range). ⠀ I didn't mention that you can buy as well several apartments for 1,5m.
