(N& A) an applied behavioral science firm, affecting technology transfer to organizations, based on principles of philosophy, basic and behavioral science. Dr. Nichols developed, “The Philosophical Aspects of Cultural Difference,” which articulates the essence of ethnic difference from the philosophical disciplines of Axiology, Epistemology, and Logic. N&A makes assessments and evaluations of corporate structures, systems, staff, and management.
