Video went a bit long, but the process was covered in detail... possibly too much detail. Anyway, installed a Carbon Filled PTFE gasket for the lower intake manifold to engine surface, and also on the turbo drain pipe. Not sure if this will bite me on the ass, but willing to take a risk and find out if using this material is a viable upgrade. Also stoned the surface of the turbine housing inlet, and was happy with the result. We'll see how well it all seals, but I think we should be golden! Up next will be the downpipe, and also the turbo CHRA water inlet pipe. Hopefully I can make quick work of them with the tools I have.
