These fish have never seen the ocean and in my opinion, are an important ocean supply and should be able to be released into the ocean when they need to be, as high priority. With knock on effects in the system outside if they are not. These were catch and release. Snapper size limit: 41cm, the South coast bio-region region Please don't ask when it happens, the inlet is broken. Man decides only after nature. Checking my pics over the years you will notice quite a decent variability in timing. A large majority may leave but not all, and the remainders turn back to spawn again the following season. Not including the younger ones. In the video mentioning the ages, i meant to say "mature youngins and adults". Largest inlet caught snapper, for last year 2019 was 92cm, according to the reliable local tackle shop source. Once again, thanks to a couple of good mates, Manna Mic.
