The products are very similar with minor differences. Both grills are relatively simple in design, they are essentially a stainless steel burner with cast iron cooktops. The real difference here is really between the two lids. The Napoleon lid seems cheap and a little flimsy. Its a powder coated steel. Whereas the Weber is Cast aluminum and seems more heavy duty offering more vertical real estate for sure! The one advantage to the Napoleon is, its more mobile in the sense it stores in an upright position and the legs fold in. and it only requires one hand to move this bad boy around! The weber requires two hands and is not quite as portable. All that being said, that is not enough of a reason to not buy this grill.
