Haven Devon Cliffs Festive Day Pass

We hadn't been on a haven holiday in quite some time , I think the last time we went was Summer holidays 2024 when we went to seashore. It's been quite the year with issues with school resulting in us changing schools and moving house back in June and as a result we haven't been away all year (other than a few wet trips to Drayton Manor!) When I saw our local Haven was doing festive breaks this year i did suggest us going but Eden wasn't keen but i then saw they were offering day passes on certain dates over christmas so I booked us one for the weekend before Christmas. We were allowed on site from 10am until 11pm but we only ended up staying until 3. We swam , played in the arcade , the park , saw a show or two and got some lunch but we didn't do any of the activities on offer as Eden doesn't do well with structured activities although she did ask to try the 4x4 and golf later in the day i was unable to get anything booked and by then she was getting tired. We considered staying for the evening shows but we weren't sure what to do with ourselves until then so we decided to head home and plan to visit for a weekend when they open again for next season. It was a great day out only negative point was none the doors are automatic despite saying they are so getting in and out the many doors all day with Edens stroller was frustrating luckily a lot of the times people open and held the door for us (and i lost my hat but i can't really blame haven for that!) #adhd #autism #autismaware #autistic #autisticchild #myhavendays
