20 minute affirmation helper with 1 minute intervals

Hi babes, read the description to better understand this video. I get asked a LOT how I stay on track with my robotic affirmations especially with having ADHD. And while I have an in depth answer that I will make a dedicated video on later, this is definitely one of my main helpers; timers! Timers help because even when you get distracted you'll remember once you hear the little beep. I often chose a timer beteen 1 and 5 minutes to stay on track, depending on how focused I am in any given moment. I'll then reset the timer everytime it beeps until I get my minutes in. I thought; let me make this easy for you and create timers you can utilize for robotic affirmation sessions. More timers are coming with different lengths. ❗❗ 𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 ❗❗ First and foremost I want to let you know that it is OKAY to get distracted. You will be reminded again and get to keep going and the more often you get BEEPED and think "Oh, I was affirming! Right..." the better you start to get at keeping on track. You only need to persist and give yourself grace. So what that you wasted another minute thinking about dinner instead of affirming like you were trying to? The important thing is that you got reminded and you're going to try again in the next minute and I swear eventually you'll get it done. Eventually you'll be affirming consistently in one session. Some days are easier than others and that is okay too. On this channel we do not allow ourselves to be angry with ourselves! We are doing ok. We are doing good. And we are getting our manifestations!! ❗ 𝑯𝒐𝒘 𝒕𝒐 𝒖𝒔𝒆 step 1: You pick your affirmation. The shorter the better, but you can do whatever you want. step 2: repeat this affirmation either out loud or in your head. Or script it if you prefer. step 3: be kind to yourself and just try again once you become aware that you got distracted step 4: keep doing this for the entire video. step 5: use this whenever you want to have focused affirmation sessions. ❗𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 "Can I put on music while I affirm?" I don't recommend it if you're easily distracted and trying to affirm, but yes, you can do whatever you want "Will it still be helpful if I listen from time to time?" Yes. I mean, consistency is key, but even affirming once is better than never, I suppose. "What if I missed half the video?" That's okay. Up to you if you want to play the video again and try some more or call it a day. I swear the important part is consistently affirming. Consistently showing up. Some days are going to be days where you can't, where you don't feel like it or when you're sick and you need to take care of yourself. HOWEVER. I will say... if you really want your manifestation... unless you already have a solid believe going that everything manifests without effort or after affirming just once... you're GOING TO NEED TO keep affirming. Even when you don't feel like it. Even when it seems like a chore. Discipline is key. And yes even with ADHD or concentration problems this is still positive for you I am the living proof. "What if I keep affirming and I don't feel anything?" Perfect "What if I keep affirming and I feel a lot?" Perfect, even if its negative the only thing that matters is that you keep affirming. Trust. "What if I don't even realise what I am saying anymore?" Perfect. Doesn't matter, in fact that's even better. "How long do I need to keep doing this before my desires show up?" Depends on the desire and on your beliefs but generally I'd say 3 weeks is a good spot to really see much movement. "What if a month goes by and I see no movement at all?" None? You either have too many affirmations, they're too vague or you are NOT consistent. "What if I have opposing thoughts throughout the day?" My rule of thumb: Negative thought about your manifestation = affirm for at least a minute. "Can I change my affirmations every day?" No! Keep your affirmation. You can change it up a little by saying some affirmations that imply the same thing but if you switch subject every 3 days it's not getting imprinted on your mind enough. "But I have ADHD and I get bored with one subject" Same. But you need to do it anyway. Even when you feel bored.
