ResMed AirSense 10 machines use a cellular modem to transmit and receive data between the myair app and also airview remote patient monitoring platform. Many older AirSense 10 machines but also new ones use 3G modems that rely on the 3g network cell towers. In 2022 many of the big carriers are starting to shut down the 3g network to make room for the faster 5g. What affect will this have on those ResMed users that rely upon the 3g network for data transmission? In this video i will show you how to check what cell modem your device has and also how to switch it off or deactivate it if you don't want your data shared with ResMed. Thanks for your support!
