FTI Safeguard Awareness Security Training (28 minutes) This video provides security awareness for access and handling of data and information systems that contain Federal Tax Information (FTI). The purpose of this video is to provide training for federal, state, and local agency employees, agents, and contractors. In accordance with U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Publication 1075 training requirements, the following video is provided for all personnel. The Department of Taxation (DoTax) is required to assure that all personnel understand what information is considered FTI and how it should be handled and secured. All State of Hawaii, FAST Enterprises LLC, and any third-party personnel who are provisioned and authorized to access DoTax and TSM Program information systems, resources, infrastructure and facilities, and workspaces are required to watch this video annually (as it may change from time to time).
