This guided journalling practice is for moments when your mind feels caught in repetitive thoughts and you can’t seem to find rest. Overthinking is often not about the thought itself, but about the feeling underneath that has not yet been heard. This practice helps you slow the mind by meeting the thought with curiosity rather than resistance. You will be guided through a series of reflective questions that help you uncover: what this thought is really asking for, what fears or emotions are sitting beneath it, and how to gently release the mental loop through understanding. There is no need to rush this process. You are welcome to pause the video whenever you need more time to write or feel. The more honest you allow yourself to be, the more the mind can soften its grip. If you would prefer a paper version of this practice, a printable PDF is available in the description below. This is a space to move from looping… into listening, and from listening… into release.
