Staff: Wild Platypus ID: 56 Lang: Russian Skill: FultonExpert Unit: Combat Base commander Unique face He is the original Wakh Sind Platoon Commander and can be recruited in Main Mission 01: "Phantom Limbs". This commander was stationed at the Wakh Sind Barracks at the time Venom Snake arrived in Northern Kabul. He was identifiable for his red beret. He was later replaced by another commander. Extracting him completes the related mission task though it is impossible on a first playthrough, since it requires the Fulton extraction device and/or calling for a chopper for direct extraction (both of which are unavailable until after Miller is rescued and the player completes the next mission). Not only he is classified a Base commander in the game files, he has a unique face model. His skill is Quick Draw: When deployed as a Combat Unit staff member, speed to draw primary weapon doubled.
