This Video is to just demonstrate shortly the general principle of creating plucky and string-like sounds by using the Karplus-Strong synthesis technique. I am not well equipped enough with a good delay module for demonstrating it in detail, because it would require a really fast delay chip. E.g. the often used PT2399 is too slow with a minimum delay time of 40ms. A delay time in the single digit ms times would be needed. But I did some attempts with a clone of the Erica Synths BBD Delay/Flanger module, containing the MN3205 chip with minimum delay times of 20ms. But I just want to share that you can create interesting sounds already with some relatively fast delay module.
