Mixing Rabbit Feed! Why we switched from Blue Seal Show Hutch

You do what with your rabbit feed?! Yes we mix our rabbit feed and you should too! We recently switched our feed from blue seal show hutch deluxe because of health problems death and reproductive issues. We now use sweet meadow (not sponsored). While we no longer use BSSHD we still mix our feed with other things to add variety and nutrients! Feeding Routine Goes Morning- water is refreshed and filled, hay feeders are filled if needed and they are given fresh food. After everyone eats we do our inside free roam routine, fresh food and hay is also provided inside. Evening- rabbits are put up for the evening and given their pellets, water and hay are refilled if needed. We are a small Rabbitry located in Charlotte NC. We breed Holland lops in our home and and believe rabbits should be free roamed. We focus on quality more than quantity as well as health and personality for perfect house buns. Our rabbits are raised with our 4 children, 2 large dogs and pet cats!
