Hello,had a little time on my hands,thought i would make a short video about why some people go to the trouble and expense,mostly trouble,to put up a beam aerial,can be a real headache to set up,believe me i know,but the results can be quite impressive,on average i gain a full s2 on the s meter.When the 5/8 wave is s7 on 4 element yagi its s9+,also on receive is S+2 improvement, these numbers do change with the conditions,but what i constantly notice is the yagi out performs the 5/8 Gainmaster always,but that is not surprising,because of the wide angle lens the image can be a little deceiving,Sometimes i use the individual segments as a reference point,always for ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES,,,,,,thanks from Rotterdam.73.
