Our sail down the US West coast continues and in this episode it's time for us to go around the infamous Point Conception. We spend a couple of days cruising the channel islands, San Miguel and Santa Cruz looking at caves and sea elephants. We are a Swedish couple who wanted a different kind of life. So we moved aboard our sailboat Ran, a custom built Beason 40 in aluminium and untied the lines in the middle of the Swedish winter in January 2016. There is no set route and we will go where the wind and our minds take us.
