2026 feels like it is completely shifting away from old ways that we do things. The emphasis is moving away from ‘the grind’ and more towards simple allowing to just let what's already there waiting for us come in. There is a feeling among many of us of rejecting old concepts such as 1st January demanding willpower driven goals. Instead welcoming the idea of continuing to winter. Reflection, tending to ourselves, slowing down, being cosy and letting the wishing seeds we have sewn begin to take root. A new approach - less about pushing and forcing, more about inviting in what makes sense. For example, gifting our bodies with nourishment and care rather than an approach that demands, deprives and shames us into desired outcomes.
