Hello everyone! Today is another tingly and satisfying no talking ASMR video. This time I break out my stone and wood mortars and pestles and in them: break, grind, crunch and smash things like cardamom seeds, sunflower seeds, dried flowers and walnuts. I found this relaxing and comforting, it reminds me of hearing someone cooking in the kitchen on a Sunday morning while I'm still tucked in bed, sleeping in.
