It's been 6 years since I started teaching in Japan, almost 7. I think inevitably you learn a few things along the way about human nature. Even the most willfully ignorant among us would pick up at least a few new ideas about how they view life. And despite my greatest efforts to the contrary, I too, have learned some new things as well. That said, this is a roughly ten minute video about living and teaching in Japan so I cannot possibly fit in everything that I would have to say on the subject. For that reason I ask the audiences compassion, patience, and recognition that I may in fact have more to say but cannot, in such a short time, share it all.
