The Fowlingfloor & Humpert Creek Railroad (F&HCRR) is the G Scale garden railway layout of TheHollyHobo (that's his YouTube user name), who has recently become a good acquaintance of mine. It portrays a fictional Colorado 3ft gauge common carrier and industrial railway branching off the real-life Colorado & Southern Railroad during the 1900s-30s. Winding its way up through the garden, it negotiates loops and switchbacks, climbing up over 3 meters from the bottom station to the highest mine spur; there are multiple mines, a marble industry yard and three stations. I was invited to attend an operating day on the railway during the summer of 2022 with my own American train, which you might recognise from my short film "Passing Through". So, naturally, I took my camera with me and filmed quite a bit of footage, which I uploaded here on YouTube as a trilogy. Many of these shots were filmed spontaneously withouta tripod, so please excuse the occasionally shoddy camera work. This is Part 3 "The Halfway Tower", which portrays a typical stop of a goods train at a water tower on a remote part of the line. The final part of the trilogy, it is somewhat calmer and more relaxing than the previous ones. The music in these films is from the original soundtrack of the famous "Nobody" movies and was written by the legendary Ennio Morricone. Special thanks to TheHollyHobo for inviting me and making these videos possible.
