Watch out, watch out, there's a peregrine about! There's food for all on the WWT Slimbridge reserve, and that includes the resident predators. This Wildlife Weekly shows how animals react to dangers from the sky as a peregrine falcon uses the reserve as its hunting ground. Redshank, lapwing and curlew protect themselves by staying in flocks which leads to some amazing spectacles for wildlife lovers. Warden Martin McGill explains that predators don't always attack from above. The rather innocuous-looking water rail - usually seen skulking in the undergrowth or pulling insects around ponds - also has its eyes on a more gruesome feast...
