New Toyota Vios 2022 in-depth Walkaround The Toyota Vios is a subcompact sedan that boasts two DOHC Dual-VVTi gasoline engine options: a 1.3-liter 1NR-FE mill and a larger 1.5-liter 2NR-FE unit. The 1.3-liter engine produces 98hp at 6,000 rpm and 123Nm of torque at 4,400 rpm, while the 1.5-liter engine generates 106hp at 6,000 rpm and 140Nm of torque at 4,200 rpm. Both powerplants can be paired with either a 5-speed manual transmission or a new continuously variable transmission with sequential shift mode. As for the interior, the Toyota Vios maintains the same layout and materials as its predecessors, but with some equipment upgrades. Despite this, it still offers ample space and convenience, just as before. Moving on to its specs, the Toyota Vios measures 4,425mm in length, 1,730mm in width, and 1,475mm in height, with a ground clearance of 133mm and a wheelbase of 2,550mm.
