Follow along with a fast way to activate all of your body's muscles. Use it or lose it! These are all isometric exercises. You won't need any equipment. Pay attention to the cues in the video. We like using isometrics because they focus on the muscle you're trying to activate in a safe manner. You also have time to focus on your breathing.
