Noodlosis: A disease caused by consuming an excess amount of noodles. Some symptoms include an insatiable appetite, craving for noodles, loss of taste on everything except noodles, nausea, stomach aches, vision loss, diarrhea, obesity, hallucinations, seizures, cardiac arrest, and in most severe cases, body deformation and turning into a food item in a similar fashion to tuburgerlosis. Hallucinations caused by noodlosis can range from mild auditory hallucinations, such as hearing music and voices--which can take on the form of Colonel Noodle's--to severe visual ones such as envisioning everyone and everything as noodles and noodle strands creeping around the peripheral vision. Mild cases of noodlosis can be treated by simply eating sweets and desserts. Another way it can be treated is by withdrawing or abstaining from eating noodles for about 3-4 weeks, however symptoms from withdrawal start to appear one week after. As of 20██, most attempts to treat severe cases of noodlosis have been unsuccessful. Noodlosis was weaponized by the Noodle Syndicate, whose primary goal was to "let noodles take over the world." Their weapon, the Noodlizer, contained large amounts of the disease which, if used, could turn any food item into noodles, including burgers, guitar strings, vinyls, and noodles.
