For more recipe ideas make sure to check out our website. https://www.usapan.com/recipes EGG SOUFFLE RECIPE Prep time- 10 min Bake time- 30-35 min Total time- 40-45 min Servings- 8 INGREDIENTS 6 eggs 1/2 cup heavy cream 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1 t salt 1/2 t pepper 3/4 cup chopped spinach 6-8 slices bacon (cooked and chopped) 2 t fresh rosemary (chopped) 1 package puff pastry sheets thawed (2 sheets) DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut each sheet of puff pastry into 4 squares each (8 total squares). Fit each square into your USA pan tart pan. You will need 2 pans for this, or you can bake one batch at a time. Prick the bottoms with a fork. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the eggs and salt & pepper. Add heavy cream and cheeses and stir thoroughly. Divide the spinach and bacon equally among the 8 sheets of puff pastry. Then, divide egg mixture equally among the wells. Fold over the 4 corners of the pastry inward and rub w egg mixture like an egg wash. Bake these for 30-35 minutes until pastry is golden brown and eggs are set. ENJOY!
