I did a week-long media fast inspired by the book "The Artist's Way." During this week, I wasn't allowed to consume any content created by others. If that wasn't enough, I started the media deprivation week with 2 screen-free days. I was surprised by some of the revelations that came out of this week (and surprisingly emotional 🥲). At the end I reflect on some lessons learned and things I want to continue going forward. I'm not going to list them here because I want you to watch to find out.
